Please kindly accept this letter as notification of a slight rate adjustment, effective 6 July 2017. We understand that you may have experienced some frustration with the additional fees. With this in mind, we are restructuring our organization to enhance your holiday experience.
To this end, we hope to continue our excellent relationship with you, and assure you our quality of service will reflect a similar increase.
Period of stay:
1 - 3 Months: Fee 10% NOW 5%
3 - 6 Months: Fee 8% NOW 4%
More than 6 Months: Fee 6% NOW 3%

At Rental for the Holidays we sincerely believe that our management is stronger, our service is better, our number of rooms are more and our standards are higher. These are reasons our products and services stand beyond the rest.
What we provide to make sure your room is ready before check-in
1. Room cleaning
2. Welcome set (water, tissue paper and garbage bag)
3. Electicity and water status check
4. Coordinate with owner to install internet, cable TV, safe box and etc. (upon request)
Whilst staying with Rental for the Holidays, you won't be troubled with any inconveniences, we are pleased to help you with most of the requests!
During your stay we are pleased to
- Liaison with owner in case tenants request any documents for your visa submission
- Liaison with owner to provide extra amenities
- Liaison between you and owner in case defects occurred in the room
